Eagle II invokes inspirational leadership strategies through art and Corporate Journaling.

Eagle III is an hour-long Contemplation on Neuro Contour Art in which the power of visualizing your dreams enhances its realisation

The Leaders’ Choice Neuroaesthetic Leadership Programme is a unique initiative designed to leverage the principles of Neuroaesthetics and Neuroplasticity through Neuro Contour Art activities.

Neuroplasticity refers to the brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections. Engaging in creative arts stimulates different areas of the brain, enhancing cognitive flexibility, problem-solving skills, and emotional well-being.

When employees engage in activities like Neuro Contour drawing, Neuro Contour painting, Neuro Contour art contemplation they activate the visual, motor, and cognitive areas of the brain. This multisensory engagement promotes the formation of new neural connections and strengthens existing ones, enhancing memory, focus, and creativity.
